Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Our core promise is simple: we do not, and will not, use your prompts and responses (Service Data) for training any AI models. This promise extends to our partners; we exclusively work with AI model providers who contractually commit to a zero-retention and no-training policy.

Logging & Data Retention (Your Inputs & Outputs)

To protect your confidentiality, we enforce the following data handling policies for your Service Data (the prompts you send and the responses you receive):

• No Permanent Storage: Your Service Data is processed transiently (in-memory) and is never written to disk or stored permanently on our systems. It exists only for the duration needed to process your request.
• No Training or Research: We do not use your Service Data for any training, research, or service improvement. Your data is used solely to provide you with the AI response.

Data Collection & Usage

We collect only the essential information needed to operate our service:

• Account Information: Your name and email address are used for account creation, authentication, and communication.
• Payment Information: Transactions are handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card details on our systems.
• Aggregated Usage Data: We collect anonymous, aggregated data (e.g., which models are most popular) to improve our platform. This data cannot be linked back to any individual user.
